1. Booking & Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot in a workshop. Payments can be made through the available payment methods on the website.

  • If you prefer to pay in cash, please contact Corrin on 0411169220 or email corrin@workplayhouse.com.au

2. Cancellation Policy

  • We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we want to offer flexibility. If you need to cancel your booking, we kindly request that you provide at least one week's notice before the workshop date to be eligible for a refund or to rebook for another available workshop.

  • Cancellation with less than 1 week's notice: Unfortunately, cancellations made with less than one week's notice are non-refundable. However, you can rebook for another session subject to availability.

3. Rebooking Policy

  • If you cannot attend a workshop and give at least 1 week’s notice, you may rebook for another workshop. If the new workshop you wish to attend has a higher price, you will be required to pay the difference.

4. Workshop Changes or Cancellations by Us

  • In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances Corrin will notify you as soon as possible.

5. Health & Safety and Socially Inclusive

  • Corrin is committed to providing a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment for all participants. We ask that all attendees respect each other, regardless of background, culture, or identity. Discriminatory or exclusionary behaviour will not be tolerated. Please notify the instructor beforehand of any medical conditions or special needs that may require accommodation.

6. Liability

  • While every effort will be made to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants, you participate in the weaving workshop at your own risk. The instructor is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the workshop.

7. Copyright & Media

  • By participating in the workshop, you consent to us using photographs or videos taken during the session for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in media, please inform the instructor at the beginning of the workshop.

8. Protection of Intellectual Property

  • Materials, techniques, designs, and instructional content provided during the workshop are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These are the property of the workshop organiser and/or the instructor.

  • Participants agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use any of the materials, techniques, or designs for commercial purposes without obtaining prior written consent from Corrin McNamara
